The purpose of the present study was to Pathology of legal cases arising from sports activities. The current research is a type of applied research and is considered as exploratory research in terms of nature. The current research was a type of mixed research that used Q methodology as the main research method. The statistical population of the research was sports law experts, sports management, sports litigation lawyers, professors and active experts in the field of sports law in Tehran. Theoretical saturation was achieved by interviewing 21 Pundits, experts and specialists. The results showed six mental patterns regarding the injuries of the accident files caused by sports activities were discovered and identified with the aim of Q methodology and the criterion of interpretability of the factors. The six mental patterns that were identified were unethical mental pattern, managerial mental pattern, underwork mental pattern, human power mental pattern, facilities mental pattern and supportive mental pattern. In order to reduce the damages caused by sports activities, it is necessary to take measures to minimize these damages and provide a healthy atmosphere in these environments. By clarifying and creating the field of sports law, creating a sports law publication, raising the awareness of sports litigation lawyers, we can take a small step in this field.

The purpose of this study was to design an acceleration model of physical education schools towards fourth generation universities based on Strauss and Corbin model. The research method was qualitative and derived from data (study of articles and documents and purposeful snowball interview) and the use of Delphi method. The statistical population in this study was sports management professors with outstanding executive, scientific and research background. Data collection continued until the theoretical saturation of the data with semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, a systematic method based on the Strauss and Corbin model including three-step open, axial, selective and Delphi coding was used. Coding results in the model, 5 dimensions and 12 variables, causal conditions with two variables (scientific-social responsibility and environmental dynamics and organizational mission), intervention conditions into four variables (reproductive growth centers, information systems, industry relations and Customers and competitors), contextual conditions with two variables (role of government and structure and context), strategies with two variables (top management and leadership, human resources) and consequences with two variables (role of fourth generation physical education faculty and quality Educational and research) identified. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop a model of factors affecting the spatial planning of sports Infrastructure in Tehran Municipality. The statistical population consisted of managers and staff experts of the Sports Organization, experts of physical education departments of 22 regions, and managers of sports complexes and other Tehran municipal organizations related to the research. According to the sample size, the available sampling method was used, which analyzed the opinions of 237 people. To achieve the objectives of the research, a 69-item researcher-made questionnaire was used, the face and content validity of which was confirmed by 15 experts in sports and urban management, and the construct validity was checked and confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated in a pilot study with 30 subjects and Cronbach's alpha of 0.87. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 22 and Amos. The results of the present study showed that physical and infrastructural factors with a coefficient of 0.82 have a greater impact on the organization of municipal sports facilities. After that, financial factors (0.77), socio-cultural factors (0.76), and managerial factors (0.65) are effective in planning. According to the results of Tehran Municipality managers for planning and designing sports Infrastructure can use the process of spatial planning facilities, and various aspects to develop infrastructure, which conclusively by following this process will lead to sustainable urban development.

The purpose of this study was to identify the financing straregies in professional sports. The methodology of this research was qualitative with the phenomenological approach and the required information was obtained, using documentary studies and semi-structured interviews. The research statistical population was university professors with specialization in sports management, economics, and entrepreneurship, sport's senior managers and career professionals, and senior managers of corporations and investment funds. The sampling method was non-random and purposeful. We continued interviews with experts to reach the theoretical saturation (20 interviews). As a result of analyzing the data on financing strategies in Iran's professional sports, three main categories, 14 sub-categories and 115 concepts or open codes were identified. Asset-based financing strategies consist of location-based financing, debt-based financing, capital-based financing, partnership-based financing, and gift-based financing; Sports revenue sources consisting ofadvertising, sponsoring, TV rights, match day revenue, goods and services based on brand, athletes and fans and also operational components including executive actions and optimal ownership as the most important strategies in professional sports of Iran were proposed. Awareness of these strategies puts a clear roadmap for the implementation of the desired model of financing in Iran's professional sports for the country's sports authorities.

Sport facilities and opportunities for emotional development, cognitive, perceptual and social groups of the society. But if these places were built without regard to principles of positioning, in addition to high costs can not be considered people. On the basis of this study has been the place Premier League stadiums. Data gathering tools were divided into two groups of field instruments(questionnaire(It was a researcher-made one whose validity was confirmed by some of the professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method (91%), View and interview) And softwares included (ARCGIS 10.2, SPSS 22, google earth). . Data analysis is based on Geographic Information System (GIS). The population of the 12 Premier League stadiums that are evaluated in terms of human and natural factors. Human criteria including Access, development, population density sidelines of the stadium and the welfare status of criteria including geology, climate and geomorphology of the stadium is marginal. The results of the assessment indicate that the Premier League stadiums have many differences in terms of the criteria used in this study And in terms of natural and human criteria do not match fit. The results show that the human criteria Azadi Stadium for easy access, the possibility of the development of the stadium as well as on the margins are better than other stadiums, amusement and recreation facilities have more points. Also in terms of criteria, Samen Stadium Mashhad due to geological conditions, geomorphological climatic conditions suitable for the development of the highest points.

The aim of this study was to design the model of individual and organizational factors promoting and inhibiting Career success of woman employees at Sport Organization of Tehran Municipality. The research method was "descriptive-analytical" and statistical population of this research included all female managers working in Sports Organization of Tehran Municipality. In this research, due to the limited population size, the whole population(n=130) was selected as the sample. Data were collected by field method and researcher-made questionnaire concerned with individual and organizational factors to promote and inhibite job success for female employees. Reliability of the questionnaire was 0.892 through using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as single sample T, confirmatory factor analysis, standard regression coefficient estimation and structural equation modeling were used. The main purpose of this research was to survey and cognition of the relation between organizational trust and its components with productivity which is assessed in the departments of Sports and Youth in Ardebil Province .This research was descriptive correlation which was carried out by a field method. The population in this study, all employees of the department and departments of youth and sport of Ardebil province that they were 100 persons and all of the samples were considered as equal to number of population. According to the research objectives, two questionnaires, Organizational Trust, Human Resource Productivity were used to data collection. the questionnaires were prepared of the dissertation Layeghi (2011) and Shafiei (2011). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the masters of sport management and reliability of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability coefficient was (Organizational Trust 0.92, Human Resource Productivity 0.86). for the statistical analysis, the descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, multiple regression) were used. Ultimately, according to the findings of the research, showing that four indicators, competency, reliability, truth and organizational commitment, have positive and meaningful relation with productivity.

The aim of the Present study statistical population, was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence of managers and employees of federations and effectiveness of the federations. The research method is descriptive-correlational. Of the survey Was 10 succeedfederations in recent years by introducing ranked NOC were identified. Using simple random sampling, four federations of wrestling, athletics, basketball and karate selected and 100 questionnaires were distributed among employees, of which 75 were usable questionnaires. Data collection included two questionnaires were EI Shering and effectiveness Hamidi. Validity of the Questionnaires was confirmed by experts and the reliability coefficient for the questionnaire on emotional intelligence(α = 0.76) and for questionnaire effectiveness obtained (α = 0.85). Pearson,s correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. The results showed there the between effectiveness of the federation and emotionat Intelligence of employees EI staff (r = 0.8) and (p = 0.001). There was a significant relationship. also,It demonstrates a significant association between the factors of self-motivation and effectiveness (r = 0.32), self-awareness and effectiveness (r = 0.62), self-control and effectiveness (r = 0.61), empathy and effectiveness (r = 0.62), and finally, social skills and effectiveness (r = 0.59). So it should be stated the higher emotional intelligence of federation employees, effectiveness Will increase.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between internal marketing and customer orientation General Directorate of Youth and Sport in Esfahan province . Correlation method was applied to the form of field and the goal was accomplished . Statistical population was all employees of the General Department of Sport and Youth of Esfahan. Since the population was small (N = 95) samples were considered statistically equal with statistical population. Two questionnaires to collect data on internal marketing and customer orientation Bansal , Mendelson and Sharma ( 2000) and the five -choice Likert scale was used. To ensure validity, the final questionnaire with approval and concluding comments of 12 professors in sports management were set. The research questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for internal marketing and customer orientation questionnaire were ( 0.75 and 0.79) , respectively. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods ( Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients and regression ) were used. The results showed that , among some of the dimensions of internal marketing including education, job security , employee empowerment , and employee information sharing strategies with customer oriented positive and significant correlation was found (p<0/05), and among some of the dimensions of internal marketing ( compensation of employees and reducing the gap ) , there was no significant correlation (p>0/05). Also , in terms of marketing strategy within a factor Beta (0.402) than empowering employees by a factor of (0. 357) , job security a factor of (0. 350) , staff training by a factor of (0.298) , sharing of staff by a factor of (0. 291 ) was a better predictor of customer oriented staff of youth and Sport in Isfahan Province.
